Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-07. This policy explains what MDI TEAM LLC ("MDI TEAM", "we") collects on mdi-team.com and how it is used.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a brief through the contact page, the details you enter (name, email, company, project type, budget, timeline, message) are delivered to us by email and used only to reply to you and scope your project. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a current or potential engagement.

Analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free service, to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Bluehost) and its content delivery network (Cloudflare) keep standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested pages — for security and operations.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or set marketing cookies. We do not use your data to train AI models. If we ever add a tool that changes this, this page is updated first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you by writing to info@mdi-team.com. We answer within one business day.
